• All ages are more than welcome. Under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
• No smoking allowed.
• Cancellation is fully refunded till 24 hours up to the departure.
• Our cruises run rain or shine with umbrellas and ponchos on board. In case of severe weather, we’ll reach out to reschedule
• Captain Jack can take pictures of the group and after having received permission, these can be used for promotional usage.
• Confirmation will be received at the time of booking
• Not wheelchair accessible
• Foldable stroller accessible
• Animals are not allowed, only service animals are allowed (documents have to be sent prior)
• Near public transportation

If you cancel the tour up to 24 hours, you can get a full refund. Do you need to cancel within 24 hours, It can only be refunded due a major catastrophy like, weather, war or other major event (for instance covid). Unfortunately, we can’t refund if you are missing the departure due a delay of train, flight, other transport or planning reason. You must understand that refunding because of a delay, would mean that I am paying for the mistake somebody else made. While I have already made all arrangements (and costs) and I am not able to sell these tickets anymore. Therefore, I can’t refund the tickets.

We would like to advise you to always have an insurance, or you can file for a refund with the organisation that is responsible for your delay!

• Drinks: The most well-known Amsterdam beer called Heineken, a divesity of different soda’s (Pepsi, Sissi, 7Up etc.), and a nice selection wines (white, red wine, and rose).
• Snacks: A large variety of typical Dutch snacks:  famous Dutch Gouda “Old Amsterdam”, little Sausages, gourmet Crackers, Sweets, Dutch liquorice (either you hate it or love it), Traditional Speculaas, Dutch iconic Stroopwaffels 
• Boat: An full electric boat with an open roof during summer and spring. During winter and end of autumn, we offer a full closed boat.
